Consulting and engineering work closely together at ITM. Consultants continue to develop models, methods, and platforms; developers contribute their technical expertise to projects, workshops, and our solutions.
Consulting
Enterprise Architecture and Process Management
You’ll work with architecture teams at large companies on operating models, metamodels, and architecture data. In this role, you’ll further configure and develop platforms such as SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio, and Bizzdesign Alfabet. We support most projects over several years, so you’ll be able to see the impact of your work.

Reports, Tooling, and Agents
You’ll develop solutions where off-the-shelf software falls short: custom SAP-LeanIX reports used by companies worldwide, integrations, standalone tools, and AI agents. For our own enterprise platform and for our clients, we take a specification-driven approach and use AI-powered development tools.
