The Beginning
Moved by the mission statements "Shaping change. Mastering dynamics. Opening up organizational scope with technology. Acting successfully.", Informations- und Technologie- Management Beratungsgesellschaft (ITM) was founded in 1995 by Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar and Dr. Bettina Schwarzer as a spin-off of the Chair of Information Systems at the University of Hohenheim.
Numerous successfully completed projects and many years of trusting cooperation with our customers ensured the rapid growth of the company.
Prof. Dr. Krcmar(KrcmarLab) followed a call from the Technical University of Munich in 2002, but is still closely connected to ITM today.
Prof. Dr. Bettina Schwarzer followed a call to the Stuttgart Media University in 2003 and consequently resigned from her position as managing director of ITM. In the same year, Dr. Stefan Zerbe, who has been with the company since 1996 and a partner since 2001, took over the management of ITM.
